Hannah Eastman
Hannah is a young professional with a strong passion for residential design, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach shaped by experience across both spec development and high-end residential projects. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how homes are designed, built, and lived in.
Raised in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, Hannah’s interest in architecture began early through creative exploration, including countless hours spent designing virtual homes in The Sims. She pursued that interest academically at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, where she earned her professional degree in architecture and developed a strong foundation in design thinking and technical execution.
Hannah began her professional career in Seattle, where she spent several years managing and designing both single- and multi-family residential projects. She later transitioned into high-end residential work, further refining her expertise in residential building systems, detailing, and design coordination. Recently relocating to Austin, she brings almost a decade of professional experience and a fresh perspective to the AMA team.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places and engaging in creative pursuits, interests that reflect her curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
